Chicago BLUES ALL-STARS are a musical revue that features some of the most talented, entertaining and legendary artists on the scene today. Together they have created a singular sound that is uniquely eclectic, while drawing on all styles of Americana for inspiration. “KILLER” RAY ALLISON & CHICAGO SLIM, whose musical stylings reflect their lifelong commitment as blues disciples, lead CBAS.

The talent of these performers is only matched by those legendary artists that CBAS has shared the stage & recorded with domestically and internationally. Chicago Blues All-Stars have worked alongside legendary artists such as: Jeff Beck, Chuck Berry, Eric Clapton, Albert Collins, James Cotton, Bo Diddley, Willie Dixon, Buddy Guy, John Lee Hooker, Albert King, B.B. King, Gary Moore, Ohio Players, Rolling Stones, Otis Rush, Hubert Sumlin, Koko Taylor, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Muddy Waters, Junior Wells and Johnny Winter.

“KILLER” RAY ALLISON (GUITAR/VOCALS): First broke into music during the early 1970's and has been a regular on the international Blues circuit for over four decades, "Killer" Ray has been an integral tour-de-force in bands by James Cotton, Buddy Guy, Koko Taylor, Muddy Waters and Junior Wells. In 1998 and 2000, Ray was nominated for the W. C. Handy Award as an instrumentalist. He's also a featured performer on Eagle Rock Entertainment's 2012 DVD/CD release, "Muddy Waters & The Rolling Stones Live At The Checkerboard Lounge, Chicago 1981."

DANIEL "CHICAGO SLIM" IVANKOVICH (GUITAR/VOCALS): He cut his teeth at the tender age of 18 as the musical director for legendary bluesman, Otis Rush. Over the years, Slim's shared the bill with Rock & Roll Hall-Of-Famers Chuck Berry, Bo Diddley, Willie Dixon, Buddy Guy, John Lee Hooker and Albert King. His critically acclaimed radio show, "Out Of The Blue" has been syndicated in over 60 markets nationwide. Prolific credentials as bluesman, media personality and humanitarian have only amplified his standing within the entertainment industry.

ALL-STAR HORNS: R&B veteran Johnny Cotton anchors this line-up, featuring some of the country’s hottest horn players. They've played with and arranged for a virtual Who's Who of R&B/Rock/Soul artists. From legendary performers such as James Cotton, Ohio Players and Johnny Winter, to modern pop stars like Lenny Kravitz, Liquid Soul & Lubraphonic . . . All-Star Horns put the 'unk in your funk.
