Ο Δημήτρης Ιωάννου γεννήθηκε στην Αθήνα το 1959 και έναυσμα για την ασχολία του με την μουσική ήταν το Blues. Όταν πρωτοάκουσε αυτό το ιδίωμα του δημιουργήθηκε η ανάγκη να εκφραστεί μέσα από αυτό και έτσι ξεκίνησε να παίζει μπάσο και να τραγουδά το 1982.

Ιδρυτικό μέλος των Blues Cargo, μπάντα που ξεκίνησε την πορεία της το 1987 και συνεχίζει έως σήμερα.

Είχε την τύχη να συνοδέψει όλα αυτά τα χρόνια Μουσικούς σαν τον Guitar Shorty, U.P Wilson, Louisiana Red, Lurrie Bell, Big Time Sarah, Eddie C. Campbell, Lefty Dizz, Angela Brown, Lovie Lee, Byther Smith, Jean Caroll, Maxine Howard, Blind Mississippi Morris, Sweet Betty, Jimmy Morello , Nellie Tiger Travis , Jolly Jumper and Big Moe & Michael Dotson.

Ενδιαφέρομαι να παίξω Drums.

Εάν λοιπόν υπάρχει κάποιο σχήμα Blues που δέν εχει drummer αυτή τη στιγμή και ψάχνει κάποιον drummer που μπορεί να μην είναι τέλειος αλλά να αγαπάει τα Blues θα με ενδιέφερε πολύ να βοηθήσω εστω και προσωρινά στις πρόβες μέχρι να βρεί κάποιον καλό.

Μπορεί να απορείτε γιατί ένας μπασίστας να θέλει να παίζει drums υπάρχει όμως μία μεγάλη αγάπη γιά αυτό το όργανο πού ξεκινάει πρίν τήν ενασχόληση μου με τό μπάσο.

Διαθέτω λοιπόν χώρο γιά πρόβες πλήρως εξοπλισμένο στή Ηλιούπολη καί πολύ… Continue
