Jerry Ragovoy, Writer of Soulful Ballads, Dies at 80

On 8/24/11 the feds raided Gibson and seized 2-3 MILLION dollars of Indian Rosewood and Ebony, plus some guitars and computer files.

Chicago blues great ‘Honeyboy’ Edwards dies at 95

 

David “Honeyboy” Edwards, the last of the nascent Delta blues musicians, has died.

Mr. Edwards died of congestive heart failure early Monday morning in his Chicago apartment. He was 95 years old.
